
In-Person Dumpling-Making Class - IQVIA Payment Part 2

Location: 300 Vesey St, 13th Floor
Includes: Instruction on dumpling-making for up to 20 participants (additional costs apply to over 20 participants), all ingredients, prep and cooking equipment. (Payment split in 2)
This fun and educational class will empower students to make their own dumplings at home. Throughout the class we’ll also discuss the history and tradition of dumplings in Chinese culture.
About the Instructor:
Diana Kuan is a New York-based multi-creative working in food, photography, and illustration. She leads workshops teaching others to expand their creativity in the kitchen, behind the camera, and with a paintbrush, and lives by the philosophy that the arts are interconnected,
Her first cookbook The Chinese Takeout Cookbook (Ballantine Books, 2012) made the Wall Street Journal best seller list. Her second cookbook, Red Hot Kitchen (Avery, 2019), dives into the world of DIY Asian chili sauces and how to cook with them. Red Hot Kitchen has been featured in The New York Times, The Washington Post, Salon, and other publications. Diana has 12+ years of experience leading group classes, and a passion for public speaking and spreading the joy of the culinary and visual arts.
Terms & Conditions: For all in-person classes and catered events, full payment is required in advance to book the date(s). Cancellations: If you must cancel your event or class at least 1 full week in advance, your payment will be refunded in full minus a $300 deposit. If you must cancel your event at least 72 hours in advance, 50% of your payment will be refunded. Unfortunately we cannot refund for cancellations less than 72 hours in advance.
